CONNECT account setup
Your administrator can expect to receive a few emails from CONNECT in the coming days and will need to complete a few tasks to get you going:
- A welcome email inviting them to the CONNECT industrial intelligence platform, with information about how to get started.
- Once received, your account administrator will be able to set up users, roles and other configuration activities.
- A notification when your Flex credits are ready to use. Flex credits are the currency of CONNECT, which enable your administrator to purchase and activate new services and applications.
- Services may still need to be provisioned, and it may take some time to be fully up and running depending on what services and applications were chosen.

Knowledge and Support Center offers a comprehensive knowledge base with solutions to commonly encountered problems, requesting live support assistance, product training, tech support news and security updates.
The Documentation portal allows you to find information quickly, stay up-to-date with new product capabilities, and keep the documents most relevant to your daily work easily accessible.
