- Define the list of parameters and default values for a specific product, or system setup
- Import formulas from master data, optimize and approve
- Create, optimize and approve procedures and recipes
- Download formulas onto respective equipment and execute recipes
Navigate Between OMI and Recipe Allocation
- Can include parameters for one piece of equipment or multiple
- Formulas are derived from a formula template for use in production
- Extend the formula parameter set
- Operators can assign a formula, adjust target values and download the formula with success or error notifications
- Provides execution history and formula version difference reports
- Helps to capture and enforce the "Golden Batch Formula"
